following two staggering contributions from the analogue roland orchestra and 2030 that illustrated to boundless sonic possibilities for the label, deep�a & biri return to their tel aviv-based black crow label with a pair of powerful, emotive techno cuts in the style for which the duo long since become admired. for a long time one of those admirers has been detroit techno founding father derrick may, who has been on a mission to push the new 12inches a-side, basic cycle, into instant classic territory through his unwavering commitment to making the track a highlight of his sets. may has been far from alone, with the track being one that d&b have been asked about, if not outright begged for, over the past year or so. it finally becomes available to techno fans worldwide in january 2017, backed by the pummelling rhythms of overdrum, which itself has the potential to turn heads and drop jaws all by itself.

we would like to welcome deep a and biri to upon you records. these two up and coming young producers from israel have sent us three jackin house tracks, which we know you will enjoy. wed had an eye on them for a while after hearing their tracks that they released for kammer, trapez and rotary cocktail, all the better that they now have another platform for their darker house style. on a1 we have barzilay a track that is dedicated to the club in tel aviv where deep a is a resident and salutes the vibrant energy of the city. b1 is wilder and more psychedelic. deepa & biri made a gem called emergenze that subtly pushes itself forward then rolls over everything in its path. hoya on b2 keeps the mystical suspense level up where it should be, and adds a bouncier tom-groove to round things off perfectly. shalom!

deep a & biri have been involved in the tel aviv house scene for some time. with this 3 track ep plus digital bonus track they give their debut now.
>twisted tango< is the most stripped down of all three tracks and a real cool groover. one of these tracks that grow enormously with volume and space. these two guys have got a good vision of how dance music should be to clad the clubbers in cotton batting. their cool way of transmitting indifference has always been the carrier of sensuality and sexiness in entertainment and it does create a certain kind of peppermint stench here. the vocals stabs in this one work like dubby elements which deep a & biri drop like things dropping out of your pocket.
>mischievous< is a perfect bassline monster... deep and heavy with a genius >pam pam< vocal stab. we dont know where these samples come from but they are luscious as hell. welcome to the pleasure dome!
>hine gama< is as cool as the two other tracks but but a little more laissez-faire fair. we dont think that anybody will be able to resist this bright light brown colour it shows with all its reflections of intensive sunbeams shining in.
this release fits perfectly to the last release on trapez ltd.

soul deep recordings and blade are pleased to present the blackbird ep. the ep features 2 richly crafted rollers that will rock the dance floor. the title track, �blackbird�, has received support from ltj bukem and many other top deejays around the world. the song starts off with a heavy amen break and light background atmospherics. at each turn, the break seems to get heavier as layers are added to the mix. when the bassline drops, the groove is undeniable, and will have your head nodding in approval. the song chugs along and builds to a crescendo with it�s epic pads and tasteful atmospherics. �bella l�amour�, is the second offering, and it shows a different side to blade�s diverse productions. the track begins with a light break, airy efx, and chiming keys, that set the backdrop for this tight production. at the drop, the drums fill in nicely and the warm 808 bassline punch through the mix. overall, blade delivers big on this release, and will surely satisfy his fans with this slice of d&b heaven.
